I’ve dedicated over 22 years to supporting real estate agents and brokers through every kind of transaction you can imagine.

From single-family homes to complex commercial properties, from traditional financing to creative deal structures—I've seen it all.

My work is grounded in a deep understanding of what real estate professionals go through every day. I’ve walked alongside agents navigating smooth deals and high-stress closings, during market booms and economic downturns alike.

I was there through the 2008 financial crisis, and again when Covid-19 changed how we do business in 2020. Those experiences didn’t just test my skill—they reinforced why I do what I do. I believe real estate professionals deserve reliable, detail-oriented support behind the scenes so they can stay focused on what they do best: serving their clients and closing deals.

This isn’t just paperwork to me—it’s about people, relationships, and trust. When I coordinate a transaction, I treat it like it’s my own.

After 25 incredible years in Los Angeles, my partner Jim and I recently made the leap and relocated to Chicago. It was a big decision—leaving behind sunshine and familiarity—but one driven by purpose and family. Jim was offered an amazing opportunity here after earning his master’s degree in psychology, and as Midwestern natives, we felt the pull to be closer to home. That said… this past winter definitely tested our resolve!

For me, the move was also an opportunity to redefine how I work in the industry I love. With the growth of remote work and my long-standing passion for supporting real estate agents and brokers, I launched Turnkey Transaction Closers—a service born from years of experience, a maniacal attention to detail, and a true love of process and project management.

While we now call Chicago home, California still holds a special place in our hearts. So whether I’m working from my home office in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago or my Beverly Hills desk, I’m always available, committed, and ready to help your transactions run smoothly.

And lastly—meet Lola, our sweet Boston Terrier (our third, in fact!). She’s affectionate, loyal, and always at my feet. If you’re a dog lover too, I highly recommend the breed—just be ready for a “Velcro” pup who’ll never let you out of her sight.
